Who We Are - Key Personnel
Garden Route Inc. prides itself on having personnel
that are the best in the business. Current key personnel include:

Rex Mollentze - President Rex immigrated to
the USA in 1990 from South Africa where he was IT Manager for a Gold
Mine. He joined Fiserv as a programmer doing conversions for their
domestic CBS division. In 1993 and 1994 he worked as consultant for
Fiserv in South East Asia doing banking conversions and enhancements to
the ICBS banking system. He returned from the Singapore office to the
United States in 1994 where he worked on various banking conversions
before joining their LACC division. Rex left Fiserv where he was the
Technical manager for Conversions of the Latin America, Caribbean and
Canada divisions in 1998 to form Garden Route Inc. |

Lee Getsee - Senior Banking Consultant
Lee has
over 28 years banking software experience. He has worked in both the
development and conversion area. Originally he helped develop software
and handled the training for the deposit applications for the Kirchman
Corp. He then went into the conversion arena with Fiserv, Inc. He has
over 10 years experience in the deposits area and has performed the
roles of banker analyst, modification designer/tester, trainer, project
manager and Project Office manager. He has worked on banking projects
both domestic and international. |

Paul Gipp - Senior Banking Consultant
Paul has
over 20 years banking software experience. He has worked mostly on
conversion projects for Citicorp Information Resources, later acquired
by Fiserv. He did programming for conversion projects throughout the US
while at Fiserv. Paul also spent a few years working as conversion
programmer for Alltel Information Services, later acquired by Fidelity
Financial. Paul is a seasoned programmer familiar with all applications
from CIF to Deposits, Loans and General Ledger as well as subsidiary
applications such as Safe Deposit Box and others. |

Allen Cramer - Senior Networking and Security
Consultant Allen has 18 years experience in Information Technology, security and
business management. The last ten years he has focused on planning,
implementing and managing networking, communication and security
infrastructure, including firewalls and security appliances, Virtual
Private Networking (VPN), Wide Area Networking (WAN), Local Area
Networking (LAN) and Wireless Networks. Prior to joining Garden Route he
was an independent consultant, and worked for the Fiserv CBS Division in
several management and technical positions. There, he implemented and
managed a worldwide data and voice network, firewalls, VPNs, AS/400s,
Microsoft and Novell networks. Before Fiserv he was with IBM in
Rochester, MN working on AS/400 development and support of Client Access
and OS/400. He has held the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and
Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) credentials. |

Helen Bailey
- Senior Banking Consultant
Helen has more than 25 years experience in the Information
Technology field, with more than 8 years programming banking
software. She worked for Fiserv, Inc. in the 1980's - 1990's time
frame doing mostly bank conversion projects, specializing in CIF and
deposits, with some experience in the loan area. She also has retail
software, manufacturing, and local government software
experience. Helen has worked closely with clients and is empathetic
to customer needs.
Helen is very involved in community service, particularly devoted to
improving the lives of women and girls.

Bill Tawney - Senior Banking Consultant Bill
has 20 years experience in the Information Technology field in the areas
of military operations, city government, public safety, and the banking
industry. Bill served Fiserv for 8 years as Senior Software Engineer in
the Development department, working in both the International and
Domestic divisions. While at Fiserv his primary area of work involved
the deposits applications and year end processing.
